Eivind Roald – Chairman of the board

B.B.A from Handelshøyskolen BI

Eivind has more than 16 years of experience as a consultant, with more than 8 years in Accenture were he held a partner position. He has been with Hewlett Packard for 8 years and was the Managing Director for the last 7 years. In 2012 he joined SAS as Executive Vice President and have for several years been their global Chief Commercial Officer. In January 2018 he joined Altor Equity Partners as a Senior Industrial Advisor.

Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum – Board member

Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. M.Sc. in Finance with Distinction from Cass Business School in London.

Fredrik joined Norvestor in 2013 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2014, to Investment Manager in 2015 and Investment Director in 2018. He is currently on the board of Nordic Camping. Prior experience includes three years as an Associate at Commerzbank’s Investment Banking Division in London and one year as an Analyst at ProCorp in Oslo.

Trond Riiber Knudsen – Board member

M.Sc. in Structural Engineering, NTH. MBA, Harvard Business School.

From 1992-2015 Trond worked in McKinsey & Company, serving as a partner and Global director since 2002. In 2015 he started his own investment company, TRK group, primarly focusing on disruptive Tech, Digital Services and Emerging Africa. He is also involved in several pro-bono engagements.

Henning Vold – Board member

MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Officer from the Norwegian War Academy.

Henning joined Norvestor in 2001 as an Investment Manager and was promoted to Partner in 2008. Henning is currently the chairman of Apsis, Cegal, Crayon, and IT Gården and is on the board of NetNordic. Previous board positions include ELIXIA, Intelecom, eTRAVELi, Confirmit and Retriever.

Prior to joining Norvestor, Henning spent 12 years as an officer in the Norwegian army, five years at Cap Gemini / Gemini Consulting and was the CEO of the internet business incubator Modem Bad.

Emma Svalin – Board member

Master degree in business from Stockholm University.

Between 1999-2004 Emma worked in the media agency business as a digital media adviser and as a senior account manager.

Until 2017 Emma worked in the telco business in various positions (BI, CRM, CX, R&D, product and OPS) and the last 5 years as part of the executive team.

Currently Emma is the CEO of APSIS – a data company providing solutions for data-driven marketing.
