NoA appoints new partners across the Nordics

NoA appoints new partners across the Nordics

NoA is appointing six new partners across its agencies in Norway, Finland and Sweden. The appointments signal NoA’s ongoing commitment to backing the top talent who shape its work, culture and growth. By broadening the partner base, NoA gives key employees a stronger stake in the company’s future.

The new partners represent a broad mix of disciplines across product development, digital experience, data-driven marketing and creative communications – all core capabilities in NoA’s ambition to combine marketing, technology and innovation in one integrated offering.

“Our ambition has always been to build a network of the best-of-breed specialist companies in the Nordics – and then connect them so clients can tap into the full power of marketing, tech and innovation,” says Mikael Jørgensen, Group CEO.

“These six new partners are all proven leaders in their fields. They are close to our clients, deeply involved in the work, and they share the same belief: that real, sustainable growth happens when strategy, creativity, data and technology come together around the client.”

“At NoA, a partner is someone who helps shape our culture, drives collaboration across agencies and markets, shows the initiative and energy to go beyond what the job formally requires, and who wants to be part of developing NoA over the long term,” Jørgensen continues.

“By strengthening the partner group, we are also investing in the next chapter of NoA. Local leadership and ownership have always been at the heart of our model, and this is another step in making sure we stay entrepreneurial, ambitious and very focused on creating measurable impact for our clients.”

NoA is currently owned by Norvestor together with approximately 300 partners across the group. It’s a unique ownership structure, designed to support NoA’s long-term development, promote collaboration across companies and markets, and ensure that the people who shape our client relationships, work, and culture have a real stake in NoA’s ongoing success.
