Northern European agencies unite to form new consultancy powerhouse, NoA Ignite

In a strategic response to market demand for a fully integrated partner, NoA Ignite is unifying its teams across five countries and integrating the offerings from specialist agencies App Shack, Axenon, and DK&A. This move creates a new force designed to end agency fragmentation.

A new powerhouse in digital consultancy, NoA Ignite is launching its unified company, uniting specialist services from App Shack, Axenon, and DK&A with the existing NoA Ignite under a single brand. With approximately 450 experts across five countries, the company positions itself to challenge the traditional consultancy market. It offers clients a partner who can manage the heavy lifting of tech integrations as well as the delivery of seamless customer experiences. 

A unified partner

The company frames the move as a "mindset shift," driven by a group of successful, independent agencies choosing to build something stronger together.

The unification combines the unique strengths of several specialist pioneers, bringing together App Shack’s mobile-first precision, DK&A's design-driven product expertise, Axenon's Salesforce expertise, all integrated with NoA Ignite's established capabilities in strategy, design, and tech for large-scale organizations. The offering is further strengthened by North Kingdom, continuing under its own brand, delivering world-class gaming and gamification expertise to NoA Ignite's clients.

Alongside the unification, NoA Ignite is also launching a new brand identity and strategic repositioning, led by Group CMO Martine Haavi, to capture the company’s shared ambition and purpose. "We wanted to build a brand that reflects who we truly are: ambitious, human, and driven by craft–powered by insight and technology," says Haavi. "It's a statement of intent: to simplify the complex and build what truly moves people and business."

NoA Ignite is strengthening its leadership and expertise across five countries in Northern Europe. According to NoA Ignite Group CSO, Jesper Wolff, the strategic advantage is evident across the entire region:
