New leadership positions NoA Health for global growth

Co-founder Louisa Lee is stepping up as CEO of NoA Health. Founded in 2019, the communication agency specialized in the pharma and healthcare industry has seen double digit growth since its inception. With the new leadership, the agency is ready to further pursue their international ambitions.

NoA Health appoints co-founder Louisa Lee as CEO, marking the next chapter in the agency’s international growth journey. After five years of double-digit growth and a majority of revenue now coming from outside Denmark, NoA Health is strengthening leadership to accelerate international expansion.

Having co-founded the agency and most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer, Louisa Lee now takes on the overall leadership with a clear ambition: to realise the untapped international potential of NoA Health.

“We’re moving from being a Nordic-based start-up agency to a growth-driven international player,” says Louisa Lee. “Since 2019, we’ve built a profitable and respected specialist healthcare agency with both local and global clients. We’re known for creating strategic communication that is both creative and compliant in an extremely complex industry, work that delivers measurable impact. We already have a strong international footprint, but now we’re ready to raise our ambitions further. I’m both excited and proud to lead this next phase of our journey.”

Alongside Louisa Lee, co-founder Patrick Potosky steps into the role of Chief Creative Officer with executive responsibilities. He will continue to lead the agency’s creative direction and product innovation while remaining actively involved in strategic and executive decision-making in order to deliver on the ambitions for the agency moving forward. Adding further commercial responsibilities to his role, Potosky will also be responsible for the growth planning and market understanding moving forward:

With leadership roots in the UK and Canada and a team representing multiple nationalities and disciplines, NoA Health is built on an international mindset. Today, the agency works with clients across markets and operates in close collaboration with partners throughout the broader NoA network.

“We’re fortunate to partner with some of the world’s leading healthcare companies in Denmark, including ALK, Novo Nordisk, and Lundbeck. At the same time, 60% of our revenue comes from clients outside Denmark, including GSK, Cytiva, and Otsuka. So while we’re based in Copenhagen, our work is already international by nature. Now we’re ready to scale that further,”says Louisa Lee.

Louisa Lee succeeds Kim Schaumann Johansen, who co-founded NoA Health in 2019 alongside Louisa Lee and Patrick Potosky.

With more than 20 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, she has held senior commercial and brand leadership roles in international pharma companies, including Novo Nordisk and Pfizer, before co-founding NoA Health. Her portfolio includes some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, where she built long-term, recurring partnerships and delivered measurable business growth. Lee holds a degree in Human Biology from Loughborough University, UK.
