Governance

NoA was founded in 2014 with the acquisition of several agencies within communication, design and technology in Scandinavia. In 2018, CapMan sold their shares to Norvestor VII L.P. (“Norvestor”), a fund managed by Norvestor Equity AS.

Norvestor is now the majority owner with approximately 58% of the shares; the management and key employees hold the remaining shares. NoA is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and employs over 800 people. The Board of Directors consists of five members.

Eivind Roald

Eivind Roald

B.B.A from Handelshøyskolen BI. Eivind has more than 16 years of experience as a consultant, with more than 8 years in Accenture where he held a partner position. He has been with Hewlett Packard for 8 years and was the Managing Director for the last 7 years. In 2012 he joined SAS as Executive Vice President and he was their global Chief Commercial Officer for several years . In January 2018 he joined Altor Equity Partners as a Senior Industrial Advisor. Eivind holds board positions in the following companies in addition to NOA: Crayon, Transcom, Qmatiq and SATS.
Emma Svalin

Emma Svalin

Master degree in business from Stockholm University. Between 1999-2004 Emma worked in the media agency business as a digital media adviser and as a senior account manager. Until 2017 Emma worked in the telco business in various positions (BI, CRM, CX, R&D, product and OPS) and the last 5 years as part of the executive team. Currently Emma is the CEO of APSIS - a data company providing solutions for data-driven marketing.
Henning Vold

Henning Vold

MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Officer from the Norwegian War Academy. Henning is a Partner at Norvestor Equity. Henning is currently the chairman of Apsis, Cegal, Crayon, and IT Gården and is on the board of NetNordic. Previous board positions include ELIXIA, Intelecom, eTRAVELi, Confirmit and Retriever. Prior to joining Norvestor, Henning spent 12 years as an officer in the Norwegian army, five years at Cap Gemini / Gemini Consulting and was the CEO of the internet business incubator Modem Bad.
Trond Riiber Knudsen

Trond Riiber Knudsen

M.Sc. in Structural Engineering, NTH. MBA, Harvard Business School.
From 1992-2015 Trond worked in McKinsey & Company, serving as a partner and Global director since 2002. In 2015 he started his own investment company, TRK group, primarily focusing on disruptive Tech, Digital Services and Emerging Africa. He is also involved in several pro-bono engagements.
Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum

Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum

Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. M.Sc. in Finance with Distinction from Cass Business School in London. Fredrik is an Investment Director at Norvestor Equity and is based in Stockholm. He is currently a board observer at Cegal and holds board positions in NoA, Nordic Camping and Sentech. Prior to joining Norvestor in 2013, Fredrik spent 4 years in investment banking primarily in London.
