The Norwegian Transparency act came into force 1 July 2022 and several of the companies in The North Alliance Group (“NoA”) are covered by the act. The purpose of the Norwegian Transparency Act is to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
NoA works systematically with human rights, employee rights and the right to decent working conditions. NoA acknowledges all internationally recognised human and labour rights standards, and set requirements for collaboration partners, suppliers and customers.
