Scienta and Agitec join the NoA family

NoA strengthens their technology expertise further by acquiring of Norway's most experienced tech companies. Scienta and Agitec have a total of 60 employees and the companies already work closely with NoA and several customers.

Scienta brings one of Norway's most advanced tech environments and in-depth Java, IT architecture and consulting skills. The company is highly regarded in both Norway and abroad.

Scienta consists of highly experienced system developers and project managers who deliver cross-functional IT expertise. Both Scienta and Agitec have solid portfolios with major clients in the public and private sectors, including Skatteetaten (Norway's tax office), Posten (the Norwegian postal service), TietoEvry, Telenor, and NAV. According to McKinsey's Report 2020 (refer to Gartner Enterprise IT Spend report 2019), the market for digital services is valued at NOK 60 billion in the Nordic region alone. With Scienta and Agitec on the team, NoA is in a position to increase their market share.

The parties do not want to comment on the price of the transaction, but comfirm that it consists of cash and NoA shares.
